Barbara Eilert founded Eilert Communications in 2002 to provide strategic marketing and communications services for small- to medium-sized businesses. She assembled and directs a top-flight team of strategists, marketers, graphic artists, and writers skilled in online and offline marketing. In the years since, the company has a proven record of success crafting strategic marketing mixes, resulting in sales growth for our clients. Team skills include digital marketing, integrated marketing strategy, media relations and PR.

A skilled marketing and sales professional, Barbara Eilert has served Fortune 500 companies like Ocean Spray Cranberries, Sara Lee Corporation and Boral Lifetile. From start-up companies to billion dollar businesses, Barbara’s experience spans many industries and leading brands in technology, healthcare, building and consumer package goods (CPG).

She counsels companies on business strategies, marketing mix and visibility campaigns. Her media work has benefited clients with mentions in national publications like the Wall Street Journal and Forbes.com. Her team works with clients on taking their business to a new level – whether turn-around, repositioning, or expansion.

Barbara has generously given of her time to the community. She’s served on boards for Community Health Charities of Kentucky, HealthSpan International and the Louisville Bach Society. She’s also contributed her marketing talents to the Louisville Master Chorale. Barbara serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Rubel School of Business for Bellarmine University. She teaches MBA courses on entrepreneurial strategy, marketing strategy and using improv for communication skills.
